We were actually seeing this issue on 6.6 as well. We ended up having to downgrade the version of Cloudberry to 5.9. We went with that version because we had some other instances on that version.
The issue is due to the App install creating the folder
Cloudberry Explorer in AppData local
When the folder should be named
Cloudberry Explorer for Amazon S3
Rename the folder and the App will work.
Tested and Verified on Version CloudBerryExplorerSetup_v6.6.1.5_netv4.0
Yes, I have, I even uninstalled and rebooted before reinstalling. This only appears to happen if installed on a computer that had an older version installed. Is there Windows registry keys, files/folders, or user/system variables we should be manually deleting? It feels like it is residue left over from the previous install.
