Replaced computers and now my licenses cannot be activated anymore.

Hello can someone contact me?
A colleague has bought a few licenses some time ago.
Now i have replaced the 3 computers with licenses, and now i cant activate them anymore.

https://support.msp360.com/cases/new
choose Licensing/Sales case type
