MSP360 Backup Desktop Edition: Not Receiving Email Notifications I fixed my MSP360 Backup email notifications not working problem.
First, I changed the notification email address within the app to another email address I have.
When I ran another backup, it sent an email to the new address!!
Second: I changed the notification email address back to my original email address.
When I ran the backup again, it now sent an email to my original address!
BTW, MSP360 support did nothing to assist me with this problem other than sending me to this forum. They never responded to my post.
