Is this only a problem on the PRO license versions? we have a non-pro workstation that says it's connected (but we can't connect to it since the other clients have Pro on them)
I'm now on day 4 of having this problem. The response from the help desk is that this issue has been lowered from priority 1 to priority 3. Is there any workaround ?
well.... I had already re-setup the remote computers so the xml was already updated....
But thanks for the info because if it happens again, I will know to look for recovery of the xml file.

Having latency issues here also. Works ok for about 20 seconds and then slows down to about 10 seconds delay per keystroke. Appears to be the screen refresh delay?
Gonna have to switch to something else next week.
