Managed Backup couldn't installed WS2012R2

    Hi, I've tied to install Managed Backup on Windows Server 2012 R2 machine and it couldn't install where an alert popup appear with "The system cannot find the path specified" even when I tried to regenerate a new software from download tap, any suggestions?

    Hey Anton,
    I just downloaded a trial for he Managed Backup, got the exact same message when double-clicking the downloaded .exe "the system cannot find the path specified".
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    I'm running this on a fresh Windows 2019 Standard server (GUI, not core).

    Did anyone here ever get that figured out? I am also trying to run msp360 installer on a Server 2012 R2 and getting the exact same error. It is running from local disk, no antivirus on this machine.

    I would recommend you open a support case. I don't see that issue documented anywhere in our system.
