Another moment, can you please let me know if you did not receive the mails with announcement about this? Should be sent on Friday 23d and there was a reminder sent out yesterday (on 27th).
None of our backups ran successfully last night. The backup program does not seem to be connecting. We cannot access the portal (https://mspbackups.com/) as well.
I'm able to access the portal. We pulled version 6.3.2.213 out of the sandbox and made it public yesterday. Perhaps that added to our issues. I'm generating the latest version of the software, now.
I can access the web portal but my Console sessions are taking forever to open and jobs are stuck on processing, logs show: Error on calling webmethod, retries will be performed. WebExceptionStatus: Timeout
