I am trying to test MSP360 Explorer for MacOS and I can't seem to connect with the Access Key and Secret Key. The keys work with the Windows OS version of the software but not the Mac version. What am I missing?
One thing I have noticed is that the access key and secret key work with the windows version of the software. The only difference seems to be that after I add the access key and secret key I have to press the Add External Bucket and put the path for the bucket to appear.
I get a box that pops up and says "Connection Failed. Check your credentials." There is a button that says details and when I press it, another small box shows an access denied message. I can send a screenshot tomorrow if you want to see what it looks like.
Do you select a bucket? If so is the bucket all lower case? Just grabbing at straws. If that doesn't help, I'll ask a solution architect to jump on the thread.
Hi there, did this get resolved? I'm having the same problem, my access key works on PC but not on my Mac. Are there steps to take to get the Mac version working? Thanks.
