Remote Assistant cant connect

Hello,
Our remote assistent cant seem to connect for some reason. It try's to reconnect but than shows it is diconnected. I added 2 screenshots.. Whats should we do?

I have the same problem.
Maybe it would be good if there was here a pinned topic about RA outages.
