It should do something right away when you click -> to backup

    There is a 30 second delay after clicking on the button -> to start a backup. It should do something, wink at me, spin a circle, turn on a light,beep, anything. It just sits there, taking a nap, then you can see it is working. IT guys don't have any patience when it comes to this. We're quick on the ctrl-alt-del button and end task, usually making things worse.

    That's quite unusual. We actually start all plans with "starting, please wait" immediately once you click the "play" button. Can you provide a video or a gif?

    Hello, I was running it from a remote desktop session, and it was 30 seconds that the app would seem to have frozen before the backup would start. I've restarted the server and the progress bar starts immediately. Thanks for your help.
