    I can not figure out why the s3 accelerate which use to work, no longer will stay checked. The bucket is accelerated but the box does not stay checked so i can not tell if it is using the accelerated endpoint or not.

    Can this be fixed??

    Hi Ryan,
    Where do you see it no longer checked?
    Have you tried to check the endpoint it's connecting to using Wireshark?
    Have you reached out to our support team and provided diagnostic into to them about this issue?
    Let's first make sure it's taking too the regular endpoint and if so, see why it's happening like that.
    With your help we'll have this sorted.

    Hello Ryan,

    In this case, simply right click the Drive tray icon and there you will see Diagnostic menu, fill in the details and press Send. We will receive all the required info automatically and investigate the case. Thank you.
