Can Cloudberry backup like for like from destination?

Hi Guys
I want Cloudberry to backup my folders as it is structured with folder names e.g
Folder1
Folder2
Folder3
Folder4
etc...
is this possible what I am getting from my initial setup is an archive with codes like in the image attached?
I want the backup to look as the cb2 attached image
