We are backing up a Windows Server 2012 to BackBlaze B2. About four days ago, we started getting an error trying to upload one the larger files being backed up and are getting the error
Bad request (Code: 3017)
The backup storage provider returned the following error: Bad file ID: {

I cannot find any reference in the MSP360 knowledgebase to a code 3017. Has anyone else run across this problem before? I'm a bit perplexed on how to proceed, but paying $500 to MSP360 to be able to create a case is not in the cards.
