We are unable to login Amazon S3 cloudberry. Usually we receive mail notification whenever the credentials get changed. But we did not receive any new mail notification.
When tried with the existing credentials we get Error notification: The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.

We are trying to use cloudberry explorer for our data backup on cloud. But the software crashing every moment and we are not able to use the same.
Can you please help us for the same... As we are planing to use the cloudberry explorer pro version if the trail version got sucsess for the same.
