One of my client servers's CB backup for Windows server does not start with below error message logged in event viewer. I see in another post that support recommended removal of software, deleting Cloudberry folder and reinstalling. https://forum.msp360.com/discussion/9217/page/p1
Is this the correct way to resolve and how do I ensure all backup jobs and previous settings are saved?
We need more information to investigate.
1. Product logs from /Library/Applications Support/Online Backup/owner_id/logs learn more
2. Windows event logs
3. List of files in the product folder. usually C:\Program Files\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Backup
