This started happening http://prntscr.com/k14tn7 as soon as I got it installed. Everything is grayed out. I already restarted once but after I come back to check on it after some time same issue remains. I just even tried restarting the service but it does not make any difference.
Does it always happen at this time? Do you have any open dialogs inside CloudBerry Backup? You check it by using a Tab key.

Sorry for that. Could you please inform the ticket number? We tried to reporoduce but no luck. Did you try to uninstall/install? All your settings will stay intact.

Something strange happens on your machine - this is the only case like this we have.
Nothing is functioning when its grayed out, only restart solves it.
James from the support suggested checking mark here http://prntscr.com/k4s11j and that is what fixed it.
He says its a known bug. Hope this solution helps someone.
