Hi

I have a customer who have just replaced their existing router with a draytek and now all backups are failing with this error An Error occured: (code: 1003 )
The remote name could not be resolved: '*********.s3.wasabisys.com' (*'s for anonimity) the PC's all have access to the internet and DNS is working properly. As far as I can see there is no firewall filtering of data.
Is there any reason for the draytek to cause this issue. It affects all computers at this site and only started happening after the router swap.
