    In my environment, I am backing up files to both a Synology NAS and Azure cloud. Currently, I am encountering the following issue:

    When I delete files from the NAS via CloudBerry, I immediately check the deletion status on the Synology NAS. I notice that the underlying files are successfully deleted, but some folders remain and are not completely removed.

    In contrast, there is no such issue with deletions in Azure cloud; both files and folders are deleted cleanly.

    Could this situation be due to a setting adjustment needed in CloudBerry?

    Are there any files in the folders that were not removed?

    The files within the folders are completely deleted, but the folders themselves are not being deleted.

    It's most likely a Synology issue, since everything works correctly in you Azure storage. A quick search for "Synology empty folders" resulted in a bunch of discussions
