    Hi all,
    As an AWS Academy user 'm trying to configure MSP360 Backup to accept a S3 buckets. But MSP 360 Backup always returns the error message: "AWS Access Key ID you provided does not exist in our records".
    I run MSP360 Backup under Windows 10 Pro. My configuration also has CloudBerry Explorer, and it can connect to the bucket and even show the one file I placed there with AWS webapp. I tried to manually and automatically (access settings from CloudBerry Explorer is an option inside product) configure MSP360 Backup without luck.
    I did find some discussions regarding the error message. However a frequent hint is to look at IAM > access management > users. But there is no user for AWS Academy users, the credentials are shown outside from AWS itself, where you can start instances of AWS labs.
    Any idea where to continue searching would be great.
