    My backup plan on Mac OS worked fine. But my recent backups hang on the same number of scanned files. I also tried to force a full backup, but this hangs also. I'm using the BETA backup format.

    From the log_worker, it seems that it is uploading the same part every 5 minutes;

    I've tried creating an entirely new backup plan, this also hangs. With the same entries in the log as stated above.

    Seems now the issue is solved. It turned out that it was a (corrupt?) unfinished safari download file on my hard drive. After removing this file, the backup proceeded as normal.
