Cloudberry Drive - Not all Folders appearing..

Hi guys,
Can anybody please assist me?
I'm using Cloudberry for a S3 Drive, however, not all the folders appear at certain times. this makes it impossible to browse to these folders, is there any fix for this issue? Windows Server 2019 is the operating System.
Urgent help would be appreciated.
