Trying to restore a file by file backup from old machine (Godzilla) to new machine (Shogun) - about a terabyte of video files. Using a backup from my NAS but a duplicate backup on Backblaze gives the same error - namely that when trying to restore from the backup i reach the point where i want to select files but i am prompted "Archive content is not retrieved. Retrieve archive content from storage?" and i say 'yes' and 3144 restore points are to be 'retrieved' but when that dialog box says "66%" the Retrieve Archive Incremental dialog box just closes. I am unable to restore my files. Yes, i have done the steps where i make sure the name of the retore is 'Godzilla' like it was on the old machine.
