    I updated CloudBerry backup to MSP360 backup on my Windows 2019 Server. I had one successful backup and then the backup stuck. When I try to start a bckup it just stays at "starting". To troubleshoot, I tried to uninstall and the uninstall moves about 25% and then gets stuck. I left it at that point for a couple days over the weekend and it is still stuck in the same place. Is there a way to manually uninstall or do you have any other troubleshooting tips for me? Thanks.

    I finally found a process that was running in task manager for the backup program. Once I got that process closed, I was able to successfully uninstall and re-install. Thank you.
