    I ran a job and it appeard to be stuck. No numbers changed for several days as far as files backed up, etc. I stopped the service and restarted and I have tried to start the backup job again, but it just says starting in the status window and nothing else happens. I the meantime, I have updated the program and tried a few different things. We have several TBs of data that we backup to BackBlaze. This is on a Windows Server 2019. Where do I start with this?

    Logs look strange. Can you try to uninstall the software and check if the backup service is running?

    The uninstall wasn't working as it got stuck too. I dug deeper into the task manager and found the online backup task that was running in the background. I stopped that service and then I was able to successfully uninstall and re-install. I started a job and it appears to be running. I will hope that this backup job runs to completion.
