We are getting an Apply ACL Access Denied error in CB explorer updating the ACL settings on files. We are trying to change the ACL to public read.

We had to create a new AWS Access Key instead of using the 'root' key. This process works fine using the root key.

We know it's not an issue with the new Access key because the ACL update works when using the AWS CLI tool with that key (also confirmed with AWS support)

The steps to recreate the error are:
Right click on the file and choose Properties
    Click on the Security Tab
    Click Public (Everyone)
    Then Apply

    Has anyone experienced this issue?
