Recovering Data after Project Loss
John G
0
We employ 'MSP360 Backup' on Linux in conjunction with Google Storage.
All files undergo encryption.
Unfortunately, we encountered a system crash which resulted in the loss of the hard drive and the MSP30 plans.
Naturally, we can manually retrieve all the files from Google through downloads.
Nevertheless, the decryption process poses a distinct challenge.
What steps should we take to decrypt the files?

Install MSP360 on another Linux machine, sign in with the same account as the old machine and create a restore plan that has the correct decrytion key.
