We are happy to announce the release of MSP360 RMM 1.7.
1. RMM alerting through the mobile app
Use your MSP360 mobile app to get notified about alerts in MSP360 RMM. Both iOS and Android are supported.
2. Monitoring of services on managed computers
Get notified if an important service on a managed computer is stopped. Monitoring supports both Windows services and Mac and Linux daemons.
3. Hide RMM icon from system tray
Make sure that your users don’t accidentally turn off RMM for their computers.
4. Configuration of global/company agent options for RMM separately from Backup
Be flexible in controlling RMM agent options - for example, if you want to control how RMM works for some of your companies on the global level while controlling Backup operation separately for each of these companies, you can do that now.
5. SNMP monitoring, Mac and Linux support and Deep Instinct integration out of Beta
SNMP monitoring, as well as support for Mac and Linux endpoints and Deep Instinct integration, are no longer in Beta, so if you held back on using these capabilities before out of fear for potential instabilities, you are advised to start using them now.
