    I'm new to the forum; have been using the free version of Cloudberry for years to post content on AWS for my members to download. Tonight I received an email from AWS with the subject line, "[ACTION REQUIRED] Update your S3 object access to maintain connectivity." There is much verbiage in the message - but I am not techie enough to understand at all what they are saying - except that they do mention Cloudberry. I realize support is not available for the free version, so I would like to know if I upgrade to the Pro version, will that allow me to obtain the direct help I need? (I'm afraid I do not understand it enough to ask the right questions or explain it correctly here in the forum.) I tried to ask this in Support, but as soon as my account showed I have the free version, the page directed me here to the Forum. Thanks in advance to anyone who knows what I need to do to get direct help.

    No replies needed; I have switched to S3 Browser and will hope that solves the problem.
