The issue you are reporting was fixed in the latest version of Cloudberry Explorer 3.0.1.3.
Please install it and try the operation again, it should work properly.

We are using the latest version available on the website 3.0.1.3.

We get the error trying to upload and even just trying to add cache control to an already existing file in Azure.

Here is a copy of the logs. I've also submitted this via Diagnostics from the Azure Blob Storage app.
