I am trying out cloudberry with the trial version, and I setup two backups to run last night. Both failed with the message that there was not enough space.
Both jobs are backing up the same data, an image backup of C and D, with about 680GB combined of data. I have compression enabled.
One is backing up to an external USB harddrive with around 1TB free space. The other is backing up to an internal Dell RD1000 drive with 500GB cartridge.
This is from the failure email I got for the external hard drive:
Start Date: 9/12/2018 10:00:05 PM
Product Version: 5.9.2.30
Computer: SERVER
Backup Type: Image Based
Original Size: 1 KB
Files: 1
Compressed Size: 2.0 MB
Is Encrypted: False
Duration: 00:06:55
I don't see an error message itself, but the first thing that comes to my mind is insufficient disk space on C: because the software needs to accommodate some space in Windows temp folder. The best way to troubleshoot this would be to send the logs to support via tools > diagnostic menu.
