Files in root directory not listed - Cloud (FTP) to local

Hi,
I am evaluating Cloudberry Desktop for Windows.
When creating a backup plan for "Cloud to Local" with the source an FTP server, on the "Backup Source" screen, files in the root directory are not being displayed so I'm unable to select them for backup. Folders and files in sub-folders works fine.
Is this a bug or a limitation?
Thanks!

Hi!
Yes, that's how Cloud to Local backups currently work. I'll file a feature request to our developers on your behalf to fix that.
