I've noticed an issue with the web interface for accessing backups(https://online.mspbackups.com/). The first issue I noticed is that the storage is not accessible, and the only file available to view is a disk info file. The second issue I noticed today is that it is displaying this image when trying to access the data:
We have a customer that is requesting that he see his backup from a browser which was initially confirmed to work, but now I cannot access any of the data through the web portal. Is there maintenance going on? Is there a specific setting to add his data to the web portal?
I did call support and they said to resync the repositories and that was done but the data was still not accessible.
, Caleb, This is currently a known issue specific to B2 storage accounts, it's being checked on Dev side. No workaround at the moment.
I'll update you here once it is fixed or I have any other info..
The issue was just the fact that full image backups cannot be browsed for individual files in the online portal. This applies to both S3 and B2. As soon as I set up the file level backup the files were immediately available in the online portal. I did the file backup in B2 and it has been working fine.
