Managed Backup Console - Help Menu - Open New Tab

    There are times that we want to use the Help menu from the Managed Backup Console to open another page yet we would like to keep the current page that we are on open. When Help / Help is selected from the Managed Backup Console the Help page opens in favor of the Managed Backup Console page that we were on. For example we might want to stay on the Managed Backup Console yet also open a tab for the Forum. Or we might want to stay on the Managed Backup Console but to also open the Help or Knowledge Base page as well. Is it possible in a future release to have the Help menu links open the page selected in another tab instead of switching the page to the item selected via the Help menu?

    The functionality that I am suggesting is the same as what happens when we click on the What's New link from the Managed Backup Console. In this case a new What's New tab opens while leaving the user with the Managed Backup Console tab open.

    That request is already in the system. In the meantime, you can simply right click the help item and open in a new tab to avoid the current implementation.
