Several months back, we had an issue with chained backup plans on a computer. The MSP360 engineer told us that part of the issue was that the second (chained) image backup plan was not following the schedule of the first image plan, and was causing the second plan to run full backups daily--which was slowing down our bandwidth. We were told this is a known issue with chained backup plans and that we would be notified when this issue was repaired. We have not heard anything, and it looks like this is still an issue for us, and any chained image plans are apparently running full backups daily.

Is there an ETA for this patch that will fix the chaining issue? We are essentially kept from using chained backups because of the strain on backup storage and bandwidth as it stands now.
