    Greetings,

After a failed backup to Amazon's AWS Glacier Deep Archive, how will CloudBerry Backup ( CBB ) react? Will it pick up where it left off, or re-upload from the beginning?

Backstory - I set CBB to transfer 1.5TB worth of data to Glacier Deep Archive, but it failed after approx. 130GB. I set the Amazon 'bucket' to include 'versioning', so I"m concerned that if CBB starts re-uploading from the beginning, that I'll have doubled 130Gb needlessly.

Conversely, if I try to start off from the failure point, how am I to know that all files will be uploaded as CBB doesn't upload in a linear fashion.

    All help appreciated.

The Backup will continue where it left off. You should not use AWS versioning, so turn it off. Files are uploaded with unique folders for each version of a file we upload, so there won’t be duplicate object names in Glacier. But we do not manage versions so there’s no reason to have that feature enabled on the a Glacier side.
