Can't click on anything on the remote computer

The 1st time I set this program up on my computers everything worked fine, the 2nd time I logged in, I can't seem to click on anything on the remote computer, I'm not sure what happened, it did the same thing logging into a second computer as well

I'm guessing you're in view only mode. You'll need to request access to control the remote system. If you use unattended access, you can control. Let me know if that helps.

I appreciate the help..I do see that it's in view mode only..how do I request access?

There's an option on the toolbar.
