I have MSP360 Ultimate, I am making multiple plans for network computers to S3, but somehow I could not access network computer from MSP360, it says path does not exists (but i can access/copy from my computer), I have all the necessary access/permission, even i can copy with batch script but MSP360 could not. anybody having similar issue? any suggestion will be appreciated
If I understand, you are either backing up data on a network share or looking to back up to a network share, but you're saying that MSP360 Ultimate Backup cannot see the share in question - or can see it, but has no rights to read / write data. If that's the case, then you need to make sure the Windows Service Account you are using for the MSP360 service (called CloudBerry Backup Service) is using an account that has the proper privileges.
