Which Backup Software

    I am attempting a full metal backup of a Microsoft VM. I have purchased and used successfully the "Server Edition" of Cloudberry. That version has the option for an "image" save.

    Is Image save the same as a bare metal backup?
    Do I need to purchase the VM version to complete a full metal backup?
    I am using B2 storage and local network for the backups.

    Thanks for reaching out.
    Your Server edition includes image-based backup and this is exactly what you need to use to back up a physical computer as well as a VM. The agent should be installed on the guest OS.
    Our VM edition works from the hypervisor level where you can back up all the VMs on that host.

    I have a question. I want windows 10 full backup. Is it possible to take backup using VM? I never took a backup before. The quickbooks error codes 6150 disturbed my whole system files. That is why I need to backup my computer as soon as possible.
