After installing, I was able to map two drives to Amazon S3 folders. Since then, one has disappeared and I don't know how to ask Cloudberry drive to map a drive again. Is there a manual or something?

    Hello ,

please click onto the MSP360(CloudBerry) Drive tray icon, then Mapped Drives. Here you can find a list of created drives that you can mount/unmount and explore.
If you won't find your drives on that list please let us know.

Try to find or remember the list of pairs of drive letter and bucket locations, e.g.

    G: bucket1\folder2
    H: bucket1\folder17

Those pairs are arbitrary and unique to your system and storage requirements.

If you did not document them, the only way to figure them out is to notice when something does not work, then figure out the missing drive letter, and then figure out where in your AWS S3 world the needed matching files would live.
