cloudberry is installed on a physical server,
the task performs as follows:
it accesses another server on the network and backs up to another server on the network
\\srv-fs01\D$\dados

It's currently not possible to utilize VSS on network shares, so you need to back up those files when they are not in use.

As Matt said. VSS only supports snapshots on NTFS mounted volumes. The way around this is to install CloudBerry Backup Server Edition on the server where the source files reside - assuming it's a Windows Server.
