Access to the path is denied (code: 1003)

    In backup storage when I try to delete I get error that says "Access to the path {PATH} is denied." with an error code of 1003. I'm logged in on the machine as an admin with the highest privileges, I even set the CloudBerry service's user context to the same admin. What would cause this?
