    Hi all,

We are using Cloud Berry Drive to mount S3 to the EC2 (AWS) running Windows Server 2022 OS.

Unfortunately, one day, the CloudBerry Drive stopped working. We cannot access to mount drive, it just loading progress. In addition, our EC2 computer become run very slow, seems like the computer resources were exhausted, but check in Task Manager of Windows seems like everything is normal.

We restarted the CloudBerry Drive and CloudBerry works again, our computer back to run normally.

We also check logs in \AppData\Local\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Drive\Logs but nothing suspicious.

Could you help us give us advice in this case ? Why it happened.

    Thank you.

    Hi all,

we are using CloudBerry Drive version 3.2.0.2 on Windows Server 2016 (as S3 integration for a Windows Drive). We see the same issue from time to time: The EC2 slow / mostly unresponsive. Writing data to the Windows-Drive (= S3) is not stable at this moment. If we simply Stop the Drive Windows-Service, the blocking situation is gone. Using the normal logging-level, we don't see any helpful statement inside the Drive logs.

We are searching for solution as well. Any help is welcome (disable Cache didn't help).
    Thanks a lot.

Hi all, our EC2 just encountered the same issue yesterday. We have to stop and start CloudBerry Drive service to make it work. But this is absolutely not a long term solution.

Could anyone here help us ? Thank you.
