    I have a copy of Pro that I use to connect unattended to my home computer. Ever since updating this week, I get "Connection Lost" after the system attempts to connect. I have verified that both PCs are on the same version and have gone through all the settings on both sides. I've sent log files from both sides to MSP360 but haven't gotten anything back from them since Monday (3 days ago). My wife was watching me try to log on today and it prompted her to "Allow" the connection. It is supposed to be unattended - but even though she allowed the connection it dropped with the same "Connection Lost" message.

    Any ideas? Is this still a viable widely used product?
