What product are you using Standalone or Managed Backup?

I have sent you an email with our engineer in cc. Most likely we will need logs to investigate.

You can see it in the Backup History tab. Can you send screenshots of your
- backup plan source step,
- backup storage tab contents
- result of your most recent backup plan run

Has your backup plan completed successfully? Were there any reported skipped files or folders?

Are you utilizing Managed or Standalone Backup?
Is it possible to choose "Restore Image-Based Backup"?
Ensure that you have selected or configured the correct storage destination that actually contains the backup.

Are you using Managed Backup or Standalone?

Where do you plan to restore your image-based backup? AFAIK .raw images can only be used with VMware. I just checked in the systema and I see 2 Windows Server trials activated. So it looks to be a license/edition type issue. Let me know if the "Switch Trial Edition" suggestion above helps

Also, you can do the following to activate Hyper-V backup functionality you can trial switching the trial edition, if you're not running a commercial license yet. Go to Home>Licensing>Switch Trial Edition


Then Select "VM" edition, if it's not

You should see the VMware and Hyper-V backup options in the top menu if you have the correct license/edition applied. It's not about detecting weather you have Hyper-V on your Server or not at that stage

Looks like the user you created in Google Cloud doesn't have enough permissions to list buckets in your storage account.

Have you tried Access and Secret Keys to authenticate?

What is the OS? agent version? backup plan type?

Hi Florian,

We have this as a feature request in our system too. I will add your request.

Please upgrade to the latest version first and try again. Chances it will fix it. If not, we will need to look a you backup plan config closely and then maybe logs.

Please provide more details on your configuration. Software version, edition, backup plan type, backup format type, etc.
