When utilizing an image-based backup plan, employ the "Exclude files/folders" option available in the Advanced Options settings.

If you're working with a file-level backup plan, you have the option to exclude specific files from the backup process. To achieve this, either uncheck the desired file within the Backup Source section or skip the entire folder by utilizing the Advanced Filter settings in your backup plan configuration.
