Thanks for the update! Do you happen to know when the next update will be? Like is it days or weeks away? I'm just wondering if I should work around it for now or wait until it's fixed. Thanks again.

Did you ever find a solution? Did running get inventory help? I have the same problem. Every new file I try to upload now it says it already exists.
