There's no such functionality yet for standalone products, currently it's only available for the managed backup version of the software.

I see all of the back plan runs are successful(at least 10 latest ones). This is the first time I'm hearing about UI hanging. In any case, it's better to continue investigation in the ticket system.

Not sure what bugs you're referring to, but if you encounter any the best way would be to contact support.

As for the uploaded files, if they're in the cloud then they're in the cloud, I don't see any problems in both sets of logs you sent us, but let's continue communication in the ticket system.

The files are not corrupted, the software will upload what it can before cancelling the job, beaning that all files that have been transferred to the storage side will stay there safely.

As for crashes, we would need diagnostic logs from the machine sent to us via tools > diagnostic menu to investigate that. Make sure you're on the latest version.

In case anyone else encounters this problem: usually it's related to trying to mount a bucket that is in a region that we don't support yet, in this case EU Central.
There's an easy workaround: Just add this destination as an S3-compatible storage with the corresponding endpoint, like on the screenshot below.

Not sure I'm seeing the whole picture here, but David is correct, in case the software misses one of the backups(i.e. they overlapped for some reason) it is considered as "overdue" by default, but you can change that with the latest update.
The option you're looking for can be found on the scheduling screen when editing/creating a plan.

All of that depends on the amount files you have in the cloud. In some situations deleting data via native storage functionality is quicker, especially if you have a lot of files.

You don't need Remote assistant to restore the data, but the issue with .NET is most likely a connection one.

As for the data restoration itself, most likely the software was trying to synchronize the repository after the first launch.

Try using "restore only" mode(under "advanced settings" to check if the software's still in "refreshing" state.

If that still fails please create a support ticket regarding that mentioning this forum thread.

You can delete the data via the backup storage tab in software GUI. Just right-click on any file/folder and select "delete".

It's better to send us the logs via tools > diagnostic menu if the plan gets "stuck" for some reason.

Send us the logs to support via tools > diagnostic menu. I'll check them out and maybe even provide an early build with the fix(if it's indeed a known issue). Mention that the logs are for Matt and also paste the link to this forum thread in the description.

Currently the only option is to exclude these files/folders manually, but I filed a feature request on your behalf to our R&D.

Try disabling direct/LAN connection in the options menu, maybe that will help.

We might come back to this feature, but currently there are no plans to bring it back.

There's been an unplanned maintenance recently. If the problem persists we'd need diagnostic logs from both machine for further investigation.

That's pretty unusual. Just to clarify: did you delete the subfolder inside programdata when uninstalling the software? Also, try reinstalling.NET packages on that machine from scratch, that might help.

What's the destination of your restore? Is it a baremetal restoration? The first thing to check is if the new machine uses the same UEFI/BIOS.
